Our Story
Both Jessica and Le’Rone are owners and operators of Three Chip Confections. Jessica has an associate degree in Baking & Pastry, Bachelors degree in Hopitality Management, and a Masters degree in Education. Jessica worked in the hospitality industry as a pastry chef. Currently Jessica is a high school culinary teacher from 2004 to present. Jessica prides herself in attention to detail and execution.
Le’Rone has a culinary background in both the United States and The Bahamas. After completing culinary school for baking & pastry, Le’Rone worked at various hotels as a pastry chef before obtaining a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management. Le’Rone has a passion for baking & pastry. He also enjoys playing chemist with different ingredients and flavors to get the desired finished product.
