Perishable products may not be returned due safety reasons. Once your order is complete, we will not be able to refund you. If there is something wrong with your shipment when it arrives please take pictures immediately contact us at email@example.com with your order and tracking number. You will have 24 hours after receipt to let us know of the damage to be considered for refund. We’ll work with the shipping company, to the best of our ability, to get you a full refund. Reimbursement for products when provided pictures of damaged goods, can take up to 30 business days.
Priority, 2 day shipping service, is used however, packages may take 1 to 4 days in transit due to industry demands. Cookies are baked and shipped to order.
Once your cookies are packaged and shipped, it is out of hands and all responsibilities fall on the shipping company.
Your correct address is crucial in receiving your order. We deliver to the address you provide, therefore, if you provide the wrong address, we will not be responsible for the mistake.
In that event, please contact the shipping company to resolve the wrong address issue.
Shipping days are Monday and Wednesday with exclusions of holidays. Orders must be placed by 1pm on the day of shipping to make the shipping time cut off.
